As in every other Art of Life Coaching service, massage has many benefits, and first on the list is the opportunity to become ever more present and awake to our life’s deepest intention.

The cornerstone of ALC’s approach to massage is the quantum principle that we all create our own life?physically, and in every other way. 

As we grow in our understanding of what it means to be healthy, massage becomes more than a means of healing and nourishing body and mind. It also is a way we honor our physical being. In this light, massage is an expression of love, of joy, of appreciation, of gratitude?just as a bouquet of flowers might be. Only the recipient is not someone else, but ourselves. 

• Individual Body Work: Deep Massage, Reiki, Shiatsu, Swedish Massage, Acupressure, Aromatherapy. Fees $35 to $80, depending on length.
• Support for Fellow Massage Therapists: An in-depth 21-hour course over six weeks in which we address in a spirit of fun and mutual support every aspect of our service. Our work as a vehicle for greater self-understanding?physically, spiritually, emotionally. Managing burn out. Maintaining physical stamina. Helping clients balance themselves. Honoring both our needs as well as those of clients. $350 for the six week program. Call for availability.
